Sorry, but we don't refund any products if you change your mind. If a product is faulty we'll gladly exchange the item. Due to their nature, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders or sale items unless it's our error. If a returns claim has been granted, refunds or exchanges will occur once the original product has been returned. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
